Beginning back in 2007, The Exploration Place has been periodically inviting community seniors to partake in sharing their stories and photographs with each other and with our staff. They provide the stories, and we’ve been providing the tea, free of charge. With this upcoming event, we will be bringing in a special guest, Yahlnaaw, to bridge the connection between the significance of the day itself (International Human Rights Day) and our (travelling) exhibits, which will be coming to an end that have been delightfully copacetic with the UN’s International Year of Indigenous Languages. Alongside the presentation, we will be offering all attendees free admission to view our galleries.
Free admission for seniors | Limited seating – MUST R.S.V.P. at firstname.lastname@example.org OR give us a call at 250.562.1612
